1. Mahribeendni offers a 7-day exchange policy for clothing products only.
2. To be eligible for an exchange, the returned product must undergo inspection by our quality control team.
3. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, without any damage or tampering.
4. Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
5. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
6. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
7. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the return process, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
8. Upon receiving the returned product, Mahribeendni will inspect it for damages or tampering. If the product passes inspection, we will proceed with the exchange process.
9. In case the requested exchange product is not available, we will provide you with the option of a refund or store credit.
10. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned product.
11. Mahribeendni reserves the right to reject a return or exchange request if the above conditions are not met.

Note: Please note that due to the unique nature of traditional Rajasthani products, slight variations in color, design, and texture may occur. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges unless they significantly affect the product's functionality or quality.
